Website access and hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare’s content delivery network. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed for delivery, including IP address, time, requested address, browser information and connection or error data. This supports the website’s delivery, reliability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website. We do not maintain our own permanent visitor log for this website. Technical data is retained according to its operational and security purpose; see Cloudflare’s privacy notice for its processing and retention information.

Email enquiries

The form prepares email text in your browser. It does not send your entries to a form server. Only when you send the message yourself from your email app do we receive your name, email address and the company, goods or transport details you include. Our email service is Spacemail by Spaceship. We use these details to handle the enquiry and prepare or carry out a business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary for steps before a contract or a contract with you, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for business communication. Providing details is voluntary; we need contact details and a description to respond meaningfully.

Retention

Text prepared in the form initially stays in your browser. Messages sent to us are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, perform a contract or protect legitimate legal claims. Records subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the applicable statutory period. Standalone enquiries without a subsequent business relationship are deleted after the matter is closed and the retention purpose no longer applies.

Cookies, session storage and external content

The website code uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. Images and fonts are served with the website. If you change language while completing the form, the entries are temporarily placed in this tab’s session storage for a single transfer. The destination page reads and removes that transfer; it is accepted only within two minutes and is cleared when the tab closes. This is used solely for the language change you request. Displaying our page does not send form entries to externally linked websites; their privacy notices apply when you open them.

Recipients and international processing

Technical providers are Cloudflare for hosting and network security, and Spaceship/Spacemail for email. Depending on the service, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Information about the providers and their transfer arrangements is available in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and the Spaceship privacy notice. Details are not sold for advertising.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Any consent you give may be withdrawn for the future. We do not use the details for automated decision-making or profiling.

Complaints and contact
